Prohibited conduct and account closure

Disputes should first be raised through our internal complaints procedure. If a satisfactory outcome is not reached within thirty days, players may escalate the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution body or the relevant regulatory authority in their territory.

These Terms are governed in accordance with the commercial laws of Costa Rica, where the operating entity holds its general business and data-processing license. Costa Rica does not issue dedicated online-gambling licenses, and players are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
